This service allows us to support with all of your compliance needs and take the worry away, enabling you to focus on building your bussiness. The contract is bespoke to your business and tailored to your exact needs and number of employees. As standard we complete a workplace assessment to work out the reccomended number of First Aiders and Fire Marshalls for your business. We will then provide you with a training policy template and training plan for your business and provide quarterly training reports for all your staff so you know exactly where your staff compliance levels are at. We will also provide compliant accident/ incident reporting forms and in the event of any serious incident come in and do a debrief with your team to help them process events. We look after your first aid kits checking this anually and completing a restock where required and inspect your defibrillator and provide a certification for this, all included in your contract. 

In addition to the above we then work with you to look at your training needs to compile a bespoke contract package. This could include all your First Aid training, Mental Health First Aid, Fire Marshall Training, Health and Safety training, Manual Handling, DSE assessments, online courses in hundreds of subjects, Leadership Mentoring and more!
