Level 3 Emergency First Aid At Work (1 Day)
This course is designed for workplaces with a first-aid risk assessment highlighting a low-risk environment, such as an office. This covers CPR and AED use and is perfect to equip you with essential life-saving skills and knowledge. Those needed to qualify as work-based first aiders in a high-risk environment or a organisation with more than 50 employees will need to take our 3-day FAW course.

- Anyone wanting to gain First Aid knowledge.
- Anyone who could be on seen as a first person from a First Aid prospective.
- Those with a current EFAW certificate who need to renew the training.
- Anyone looking to support a higher qualification holder.
- Course Duration: 6 Hours (7 Hours with breaks)
- Location: We can come to your workplace to deliver this training or you can attend one of our training centres.
- Timings: We can run courses to suit your workplace, if you have shift patterns we can run courses around these and even run courses overnight.
- Course Size: Our standard course size is 12 learners to 1 trainer. We have a large team of trainers and specialise in running large group courses often running courses for over 30 learners.

CPR and AED
CPR and AED
In this session we look at how to do CPR and spend time practicing this skill, We use interactive technology to give you real time feedback on your CPR. We look at the purpose of the AED and how to use one before you have a go!

Choking is often one of the subject people worry about the most in First Aid. In this session we look at the Differing levels of severity in choking and the stages of treatment.

In this session we look at seizures, what are they, different causes, how to recognise a seizure and what you can do as a First Aider to help the patient. We look at when to call for emergency help and the role care plans play.

There's a whole range of different types of bleeds and wounds! In this session we look at how to identify the types of bleeds and different wounds. Then it's your turn to practice using a range of dressings and techniques!
